The view of The International's golf course was breathtaking. After taking a few shots outside when I first arrived, I knew that it would be perfect for Gina-Marie and Jeremy to have their "first look"....but it was November 23rd, very windy... and extremely cold, so I wasn't sure if Gina-Marie would go for it- "That sounds great!" she said, without even thinking twice about it. I quickly realized during her bridal prep that she was so excited to see Jeremy, she probably would have agreed to have their first look down in a dark basement, haha! the location didn't matter, she just couldn't wait to see him for the first time on their wedding day! I absolutely LOVED working with Candi from Ericson-Wolfe Photography. She is incredibly talented, so sweet and easy to work with- she even took the time to go out of her way to come back and open the door for me when I had my hands full of tripods, sliders, and cameras!! Thanks Candi!! The girls from Head Over Heels Wedding Coordinators were beyond fabulous as well- it was so helpful for Gina and Jeremy to have Christina there to make sure everything ran smoothly. Working with the awesome Next Level Entertainment DJ's later on in the night made this All-Star team of vendors complete! After capturing Gina-Marie and Jeremy's first look, I traveled to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish in Worcester, MA to get ready to film their wedding ceremony. Gina-Marie was escorted down the aisle by her loving father Raymond-and one of my favorite moments that I included in their highlight film is when Gina-Marie looks over at her father and whispers "I love you Daddy" right before he gives her away, I tear up every time I see it. The ceremony was beautiful- Gina's maid of honor, Angela, and Jeremy's best man, Freddy, stood by their side the whole time and witnessed their exchange of vows. Gina and Jeremy had a quick champagne toast in front of the church before traveling back to the International for their cocktail hour and reception. The ballroom felt whimsical, with candles glowing through centerpieces that had been made to look like tree branches for an elegant but rustic theme. It was a delightful evening- the heartfelt speeches were definitely a highlight of the night. After that, dinner was served and before you knew it the dance floor was packed! Next Level Entertainment's uplighting transformed the dance floor into a club-like atmosphere that was enjoyed by everyone. Gina-Marie and Jeremy- we couldn't have asked for a nicer couple and family to work with. Thank you for having us film your special day! We wish you all the best in your exciting future together :) Cinematographers: Lisa, Rich Editor: Lisa Venue: The International Golf Club, Bolton, MA Planner: Head Over Heels Wedding Coordinators (Christina) DJ and Lighting: Next Level Entertainment (Chris/Antonio) Photography: Ericson-Wolfe Photography (Candi) |
